Hive Home wanted to bring a touch of color, warmth, and California charm to this classic East Coast style home in Sherman Oaks, CA. Our clients were married and celebrate anniversaries at the historic San Ysidro Ranch, a romantic and iconic Montecito property. We wanted to infuse their home with the same easy going luxury the hotel is known for while remaining respectful of the Cape Cod architecture. Textural elements throughout, like woven wall coverings, rich colors, and woven textiles, all add an earthy collected energy to the home.
